Sustaining placements is an issue that concerns all in the child care field. For those children unable to remain safely at home, a safe, stable and permanent placement is a critical objective. The conference aims to explore how relationships can be built, developed and sustained even when children have had very adverse early experiences. It also seeks to highlight the critical need for a multi disciplinary approach.
