Bag A Bag and Help A Child

Issued: 22 June 2009

This press release applies to England

Famous designer and celebrity handbags, a top T.V. hairdresser, beauty makeovers and champagne! What more could you ask for from an evening out?

All this can be found at this year’s Bag Ladies, which is being hosted by Oona King and run by the British Association for Adoption & Fostering (BAAF).  Celebrity hairdresser Andrew Barton will be the guest speaker sharing his experiences of being adopted and offering a beautiful haircut as one of the prizes in the Bag Ladies auction.

Guests can also enjoy a beauty makeover by Benefit Cosmetics whilst sipping champagne, surrounded by stunning panoramic views of London.

The auction also includes a range of gorgeous handbags kindly donated by designers including Chanel, Vivienne Westwood and Nichole Farhi. All monies raised will help BAAF continue its work to help find secure, loving families for children who can no longer live at home.

This will be a fabulous evening for everyone who enjoys fashion and who would like to help some of the UK’s most vulnerable children.
