Fundraising ideas

You don’t have to be sporty or want to travel overseas to support BAAF. You could try organizing a cake sale, golf competition, dress down day, karaoke night or even do a sponsored slim. Get friends, family and colleagues involved and you will not only be raising awareness of BAAF but you will help us raise money to support children who cannot live with their birth parents. Contact the Fundraising team for more information.

Students

If you are studying at university you’ll no doubt have seen lots of fundraising going on around you. From being one of your charities of the year to street collections, there is always an activity to be taking part in. If you would like BAAF to benefit from some of the events please contact Daisy.

Getting sponsorship

If you want to undertake a sponsored event for us, you can:

• Set up your own web page to get online sponsorship at Virgin Money Giving
• Get help, advice and sponsorship forms from our fundraising team
• Get your event promoted on the BAAF website
