Opportunities

There are lots of ways your company could help us - from running a sponsored event to direct funding of part of our work.

Support a project

1e are generously supporting BAAF's Fostering Education project with a two year commitment. The support of our corporate partners is very much appreciated, and enables BAAF to deliver innovative projects for children in care.

Support National Adoption Week

Solicitors Foot Anstey Sargent raised money for BAAF during National Adoption Week 2006 - and raised their profile too. They challenged eight male solicitors to care for a virtual baby for one night each. Staff bet on who would be the best 'Dad' and raised over £500 in the process. Their generosity and the fun idea also caught the eye of the local press - many newspapers in the southwest reported their support of our high-profile campaign.

Support a publication

BAAF publications cover a wide range of topics within the field of adoption and fostering, and we have an extensive and diverse audience. In 2007-08, 40,000 BAAF publications were sold worldwide. Our titles are read by social workers, healthcare professionals, solicitors, teachers and families. They are sold via our mail-order catalogue, our website and at conferences and seminars throughout the UK. BAAF publications are also widely available in bookshops and university libraries. Currently Kindercare Fostering are supporting We are Fostering, The Adolescent and Children's Trust (TACT) supports Fostering a Child, and Foster Care Associates are sponsoring Fostering Attachments. By sponsoring a BAAF publication, your company's message will reach thousands of people. Find out more about BAAF's publications.
