Literary Lunch
The BAAF Literary Lunch was held on Tuesday 29 March 2011 at Carpenters' Hall in central London.
Guests were treated to a drinks reception in the beautiful Carpenters' Hall before sitting down to enjoy a delicious meal and listening to some very special speakers.
We were delighted to be joined by the highly acclaimed authors, Kate Mosse and William Shawcross, who were interviewed by the journalist Magnus Linklater. Nimmy March, actress and BAAF Patron and Zara Phillips, author and musician also shared their adoption stories with over 120 guests.
The event was very kindly supported by The Augusta Trust and part sponsored by Delancey. Thanks to the generosity of everyone involved, the 2011 Literary Lunch has raised over £27,000. All proceeds from the BAAF Literary Lunch will support our work with children in care.
