British Chinese Adoption Study

British Chinese Adoption StudyResearch to follow up the experiences of over 100 women who were brought to the UK from orphanages in Hong Kong in the 1960s for adoption by British families.

Recipes for fostering

A project which led to a book based on foster carers sharing their favourite recipes and talking about how food relates to what they do.

Opening Doors - BAAF's Disability Project

Opening Doors BAAF's disability projectThis project is to identify and reduce the barriers that prevent disabled children from finding permanent families.

Fostering education

BAAF is working with the National Specialist Adoption and Fostering Team at the Maudsley Hospital to write and pilot a 10-week group-based training programme for foster carers in the London Borough of Southwark.
