Complaints procedures

We have 2 complaints procedures: one for England, Wales and Northern Ireland and one for Scotland. As BAAF is registered as an adoption agency in Scotland under different regulations, we need a separate complaints procedures to meet the regulations in the different countries. Please use the procedure relevant to your location.
