Access to records

Assisting former care adults to gain access to information about their family and personal history.

Family and friends carers

As many as 200,000 children are being raised by relatives and friends. Many are struggling to survive, receiving little from the state to meet these children’s needs.

Children created by donor assisted conception

It is vital that donor-conceived children have the opportunity and choice to access information.

Private fostering awareness

On the 23rd January 2008, London was the focus of a private fostering awareness day.

National Adoption Week

This year's campaign will take place from 10-16 November 2009.

Flourish

Flourish is the first national programme promoting the artwork of young people in care..

Every Disabled Child Matters

Every Disabled Child Matters (EDCM) is the campaign to get rights and justice for every disabled child.

End child poverty

We are supporting the campaign to lift 3.8 million children in the UK out of poverty.

Children are unbeatable

BAAF is a member of the Children Are Unbeatable! Alliance and part of the Global Initiative to End All Corporal Punishment of Children.
